Delete Your InstaGO Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from the InstaGO app. Follow the simple steps outlined below to finalize the process.

How to delete your account

Open the InstaGO app

Launch the InstaGO app on your device and make sure you are logged in to the specific account you want to delete.

Go to Profile

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your user profile interface.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down directly to the bottom of your profile dashboard settings and tap the Delete Account link option.

Confirm your password

Enter your official account password in the confirmation dialog popup block to verify secure identification ownership.

Confirm deletion

Tap Delete Account in the system alert window. Your master account dataset will be dropped immediately.

What happens to your data?

Your personal profile identification records (name, registered phone tracking numbers, email metrics address structures)
System login security credentials, active access passes, and device security token structures
Uploaded identification documents, KYC data verification templates, and dashboard profile photos
App structural notification registry endpoints and active push server device target keys
Retention Policy Notice: Historical transactions, tracking references, and logistical shipping records may be securely archived exclusively for financial audit tracks and compliance frameworks.
